What is it like to be on "Fear"?
People seem to love slamming the Fear participants. Why is this, I wonder? It takes a lot of guts to do this show, and I also think it takes a lot of guts to be secure enough in yourself to say "I've had enough" and leave the show. Please don't send us emails telling us how 'chicken' you thought a certain participant was -- we don't want to hear it! This page is dedicated to everyone who has participated in "Fear", and put themselves on the line in very frightening situations.

Vicki Merbler - "I have received many questions, but the ultimate root of the questioning seems to come from skeptics who doubt the abilities of a psychic, or medium, therefore they do not believe anything about the show. I was frightened by what I "saw" but I could not allow the visions and voices that came to me interfere with what I was doing. It was not until late in the evening when I was alone that I could allow myself to fully experience what I had "seen". I had nightmares about the cruelty that had taken place within the building. This was information that came to me from using my gifts as a medium, some call it psychic.
"It is the same thing as reading for an individual person. I may "see" that a woman is being unfaithful in her marriage and she feels very guilty about it, or in another instance "see" someone on the floor writhing in pain from a heart attack, but I must remain calm for the person I am working. This is the best way to read for someone. Stay composed, give the information in a way that the person will not be shocked or hurt or embarrassed. But......I do believe in finding a way to tell the person what I have seen because it would be unethical not to do so. "
